Move better. Feel stronger. Live more fully.

Exercise Physiology is the use of evidence-based exercise to prevent, manage, and treat chronic health conditions, disability, and injury. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEPs) design personalised programs that are safe, effective, and tailored to your specific goals.

Whether you’re managing a neurological condition, recovering from surgery, living with chronic pain, or simply wanting to improve your strength and independence, our Exercise Physiologists will work with you every step of the way.

We deliver sessions in your home, at your local gym, in our private exercise studio, or at a community facility across Melbourne’s South East — including Dandenong, Berwick, Narre Warren, Pakenham, and Frankston.

Clinical Pilates

Reformer-based rehabilitation for real results.

Clinical Pilates is a specialised form of Pilates delivered by qualified clinicians and tailored to your individual rehabilitation needs. Unlike general fitness Pilates, Clinical Pilates is prescribed based on a thorough clinical assessment and is designed to address specific movement impairments, pain, and functional limitations.

Our sessions are conducted on a reformer and other Pilates equipment in our private exercise studio, providing a structured, safe, and highly effective rehabilitation environment. We work with clients across Melbourne’s South East, including those from Endeavour Hills, Hallam, Berwick, and Glen Waverley.

Clinical Pilates is particularly effective for neurological rehabilitation, spinal conditions, post-surgical recovery, and improving core strength and postural control.

Post-surgical recovery and joint replacement

Pelvic floor and core rehabilitation

Hydrotherapy

The healing power of water, guided by experts.

Hydrotherapy (aquatic physiotherapy) uses the unique properties of warm water — buoyancy, resistance, and hydrostatic pressure — to facilitate movement, reduce pain, and improve function in ways that may not be possible on land.

Our hydrotherapy sessions are conducted at local heated pools across Melbourne’s South East, including facilities in Dandenong, Cranbourne, and Frankston. Sessions are led by qualified Exercise Physiologists with specialist aquatic therapy training.

Hydrotherapy is particularly beneficial for clients with complex physical needs, significant pain, limited weight-bearing capacity, or those who find land-based exercise challenging. The warm water environment is calming, supportive, and highly effective for a wide range of conditions.

WHO BENEFITS

Arthritis and joint pain management

Post-surgical rehabilitation

Cerebral palsy and developmental conditions

Obesity and limited weight-bearing capacity

Neurological conditions and spasticity

Chronic pain and fibromyalgia

Spinal cord injury and acquired brain injury

Relaxation and sensory regulation
