ALLIED HEALTH SERVICE
Psychology
Support for your mind, as well as your body.
Our Registered Psychologists provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological support for individuals living with disability, chronic illness, or mental health challenges. We understand that physical health and mental wellbeing are deeply connected.
Psychology sessions are available in-person or via telehealth, making it easier to access support from the comfort of your own home. We work with NDIS participants, Medicare clients, and private clients across Melbourne’s South East.
Our psychologists use a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care to help you build resilience, manage emotions, and improve your quality of life.
